There’s no such thing as standard BPEL

BPEL is not an open standard. WS-BPEL 2.0 will be.

For the time being watch for the Technology Preview Release of Sun Java Studio Enterprise (integrated BPEL editor and runtime from FiveSight PXE).

    That’s the difference between a specification and an open standard which is developed in the open. Open Standards and Open Source are not the same.
